Hi guys, as per the title of this topic, what's the difference between a din sync cable (used to syncronize old analog mc 202 or sh101 or tr xox) and a midi cable? They both have 5 pin din, they are exacly the same or at least they look the same.... i am using the din synk to connect my MC 202 to my XBase09 and they go on sync no problem. Now i would like to syncronize them both with my pc (via midi keyboard). I have a spare din sync cable and no midi cable here with me. Do you know if it's possible to use the one i have? I haven't tried it because i don't want it to create any sort of problem to my machines (i might be talking shit here but you never know)
