I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

um, so you'd mean for start/forward etc type commands?.. wow, um, well the MC could send out midi transport commands of course, so you could slave sonar's midi clock to it and use it like that straight away couldn't you?... it depends if the mc sends out song position pointer and all that malarky which i'd think it would
try it.. set the mc to send midi clock at least - set sonar's midi SYNC to 'external' and see if you can start/stop/continue etc from the mc transport. If it does that, try forwarding bars in the MC and then start and see if Sonar starts at the right position. I cant see how the sonar playcursor will follow any scrolling up/down the bars that you might do in the MC tho as a visual reference.
if all that works, then the sonar play cursor will jump to your selected start bar number when you hit play on the MC, but it wont scroll L/R
