well....they are 2 different cards.....one has (in theory) a sampler built in).....and streo out.....the other has 8 seperate outs.......if you want a sampler card, get the Terratec....worth finding/waiting for.......otherwise for a straight card, I'd say wait for the Event cards.....if your s/w supports multiple soundcards, how can you ignore 8 outputs ??
