I've read all the info on this site on sound cards
but I'm still unsure which cards you can use as
proper samplers - i.e.trigger by midi etc...
Does the card have to have, for example, SB soundfont/TB sampletsore capability, or will others, like the Event, do it?

Also I've got an old DX2 - 66 and cakewalk pro audio v4. Is it best to get a card which doesn't put too much pressure on the CPU? - will it make that much difference?
