Are there any people here who have either of these cards installed in the computers if so
what are they really like in terms of quality and ease of use any comments much
appreciated as iam looking at getting one seems the only way to get top end eq and
reverb, is this true?

UAD-1 here. cant say anything bad about it. can say LOTS of good about it
keep in mind that your stuff should sound good first, and anything else is just polishing
