Hi all,
I just picked up a new mixer yesterday, Stanton SK-6
(nice BTW), and I want to put the fx loop to use. So
delays with easily accessible distance/time change
(maybe a tap button), phasers and flangers are the key.
Under $300 would be nice and it does not need to be
top quality sound. Thanks y'all!

for sure! check out the Red Sound Federation bpmFX/pro. It can automatically sync to tempo or go from a tap. It has incredible delay, panning, and flange. It even includes a built in cross over so you can effect only a portion of the sound (ie: bass, mid or treble).

That looks cool as hell. Probably about
4-500usd? Thats a bit more then I want to
spend but it does look like a kick ass unit.
I actually found a few that would do the job for
cheap so I thought I'd share them:
ZOOM RFX-300, about $100usd 30 or so fx a
tap button and a knob for tweeking.
ALESIS INEKO, this one looks like a winner at
about $150usd, 48 fx, tap, 3 knobs, super
easy matrix select on fx, good sound and a big
variety f fx from delay to decimators even
filters.

FYI Red sound also makes a different version with lower prices. I'm prettty sure they have one around 200-300. I've read really good reviews of Red sound products, esp the auto sync detectors. They are said to be THE best.
and to buy redsound stuff goto www.novamusik.com
those guys rok!
