I bought a pair of these k44's cheap for my kid's studio setup - Not obviously the best or top-end at the price of £19.99, but they have a full padded ear cup which is tailored to give a decent bass end without being over-emphasised and they have a nice 'airy' sort of sound that'd be easy to work with over a day... Very comfortable to wear, light with a good fitting auto-adjusting headband - what more do you want for 20 quid!! - Here's AKG's catalog blurb about these phones:The K 44 features low weight, unequaled wearing comfort, and excellent sound with a powerful low end for pure listening pleasure. Other unique features include an AKG self-adjusting headband and user-friendly single cable.
